Money Reframed provides financial education.
Money Reframed does not provide regulated financial advice.
Rikki Payne is not a financial adviser.
Money Reframed Ltd is not holding itself out as providing personalised regulated investment advice through the products and services covered by these Terms.
Our purpose is to help people better understand:
Money
Financial behaviour
Saving
Spending
Investing
Risk
Markets
Financial products
Economic concepts
Financial habits
Financial decision-making
We may discuss particular investments, asset classes, financial products or strategies as part of this educational process.
That does not mean those investments, products or strategies are being recommended as suitable for you personally.
Rikki Payne may discuss his own:
Investments
Portfolio
Financial decisions
Financial mistakes
Experiences
Opinions
Beliefs
Investment approach
Attitude towards risk
Personal strategies
These discussions reflect personal experience and opinion.
They are shared for educational purposes and to explain concepts through real-world examples.
Something being appropriate for Rikki Payne does not mean it is appropriate for another person.
You should not interpret statements about what Rikki has bought, sold, held, invested in or personally believes as an instruction that you should do the same.
Nothing provided by Money Reframed should be treated as a personalised recommendation that you should:
Buy a particular investment
Sell a particular investment
Hold a particular investment
Exchange one investment for another
Invest a specific amount in a particular product
Choose a particular fund
Choose a particular cryptocurrency
Transfer a pension
Change a regulated financial product
Take any other regulated investment action
Money Reframed may explain the advantages, disadvantages, risks and characteristics of different approaches for educational purposes.
However, we do not determine whether a particular regulated investment or financial product is personally suitable for you.
If you ask Money Reframed to recommend a particular regulated investment based on your individual circumstances, Money Reframed may decline to answer that question and direct you towards an appropriately authorised professional.
Our one-to-one services may take your personal circumstances into account for the purpose of helping you understand your:
Financial behaviours
Cash flow
Spending patterns
Saving habits
Financial priorities
Financial knowledge
Attitude towards money
Goals
Decision-making
Areas where additional education may be useful
This does not mean Money Reframed is assessing the suitability of regulated financial products for you.
We may help you understand questions you should consider, explain available concepts or help you organise your thinking.
We do not make the final financial decision for you.
Where a discussion reaches a point where personalised regulated financial advice may be required, Money Reframed may stop that part of the discussion and suggest that you consult an appropriately authorised professional.
A Financial Behaviour Report or Review is an educational and behavioural tool.
It may help identify:
Financial habits
Spending behaviours
Saving behaviours
Financial priorities
Attitudes towards money
Patterns of decision-making
Financial strengths
Potential behavioural weaknesses
Areas for further education
Actions or systems that may help improve financial organisation
A Financial Behaviour Report is not:
A regulated financial plan
An investment recommendation
A suitability assessment for an investment product
Portfolio management
Tax advice
Legal advice
Accounting advice
The value of the report depends partly on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.
Investing courses provided by Money Reframed are designed to improve financial and investing knowledge.
They may discuss topics such as:
Shares
Funds
ETFs
Bonds
Pensions
ISAs
Property
Cryptocurrency
Bitcoin
Diversification
Risk
Compounding
Asset allocation
Economics
Market history
Discussion of a particular asset or strategy does not mean Money Reframed is recommending that asset or strategy as personally suitable for you.
Course examples may be simplified or hypothetical to make concepts easier to understand.
Investments can rise and fall in value.
You may receive back less than you invest.
With some investments, you may lose the entire amount invested.
Cryptocurrency and other high-risk investments can experience substantial and rapid price movements.
Past performance does not guarantee future returns.
Historical returns should not be assumed to continue.
Money Reframed does not guarantee:
Investment returns
Portfolio growth
Profits
Financial independence
Debt reduction
Savings results
Retirement outcomes
Property returns
Cryptocurrency returns
Tax outcomes
Any particular financial result
Money Reframed may discuss financial markets, investments and financial products in public educational content.
Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as giving Money Reframed permission to communicate material that would otherwise be unlawful under UK financial-services legislation.
Where applicable, Money Reframed intends its communications to remain within the relevant legal and regulatory boundaries.
A disclaimer stating that something is “not financial advice” does not override any law or regulation that would otherwise apply to a communication.
Where you require a recommendation based upon your individual circumstances, objectives, risk tolerance or suitability for a particular regulated product or investment, you should consider obtaining advice from an appropriately qualified and FCA-authorised financial adviser.
Money Reframed does not provide:
Regulated investment advice
Investment management
Legal advice
Personal tax advice
Accounting advice
Where those services are required, you should consult the appropriate professional.
When using Money Reframed, you remain responsible for your own financial decisions.
You agree to:
Provide reasonably accurate information where relevant
Consider your own circumstances
Make your own final financial decisions
Understand that investing involves risk
Conduct further research where appropriate
Seek professional advice where required
Use Money Reframed services and material lawfully
You should never send Money Reframed:
Banking passwords
PINs
Cryptocurrency seed phrases
Cryptocurrency private keys
Investment-platform passwords
Authentication codes
Other account-access credentials
Money Reframed does not require this information.
Money Reframed makes reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate educational information.
However, financial information can change.
This includes:
Tax rules
Allowances
Interest rates
Investment rules
Regulations
Product terms
Government policy
Market prices
Economic conditions
Information may therefore become outdated after it is produced.
We do not guarantee that every piece of educational content will always be complete, current or free from error.
Information that is important to a significant financial decision should be independently verified.
Prices will be shown before purchase.
Payment will normally be required before a service, report, course or digital product is provided unless otherwise agreed.
Payments may be processed through PayPal Business or another payment method offered at checkout.
A contract between you and Money Reframed will normally be formed when:
We accept your order or booking; and
The required payment has been successfully received.
We may refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including:
An obvious pricing error
Suspected fraud
Abuse or misuse
Inappropriate behaviour
Technical error
An inability to provide the service
If Money Reframed cancels a paid service before providing it, you will receive an appropriate refund.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove, restrict or replace any rights you have under UK consumer law.
Where consumer law gives you stronger rights than these Terms, your statutory rights will apply.
Where you purchase an eligible service online or at a distance, you may have a statutory right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
Where applicable, the cancellation period generally begins when the contract is formed.
If you ask Money Reframed to begin providing a service during that 14-day period, you may be asked to expressly request that the service starts before the cancellation period has expired.
If you subsequently cancel after work has started, Money Reframed may be entitled to charge a reasonable and proportionate amount for the service already provided.
If a service has been fully performed during the cancellation period following your express request, and the relevant legal requirements have been met, your cancellation right may end once the service has been fully performed.
Different cancellation rules can apply to digital content supplied immediately.
Where legally required, before receiving immediate access to digital content you may be asked to:
Expressly consent to supply beginning during the cancellation period; and
Acknowledge that beginning the supply may cause you to lose your statutory right to cancel.
Money Reframed will not rely on a loss of cancellation rights unless the relevant legal requirements have been satisfied.
One-to-one appointments reserve time specifically for you.
If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Where less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, Money Reframed will ordinarily be entitled to retain or charge up to 50% of the price of the booked service, where doing so reasonably reflects the loss caused by the late cancellation.
This charge is intended to compensate Money Reframed for reserved time and genuine business loss. It is not intended to operate as a penalty.
Where circumstances mean the actual loss is materially lower, Money Reframed may reduce or waive the charge where appropriate.
This appointment policy does not remove any separate statutory cancellation rights that apply to your purchase.
If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without providing notice, Money Reframed may treat the appointment as a late cancellation.
Money Reframed may retain or charge up to 50% of the session fee where reasonable in the circumstances and subject to your statutory rights.
If Money Reframed needs to cancel an appointment, you will normally be offered:
A replacement appointment; or
An appropriate refund.
Money Reframed will not charge you a cancellation fee where we cancel the service.
Financial Behaviour Reports and similar personalised educational services may require preparation, analysis and written work.
If you expressly ask Money Reframed to begin work during a statutory cancellation period and subsequently cancel, any refund may be reduced by a reasonable and proportionate amount reflecting the work already completed.
This does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Course dates, format and inclusions will be explained before purchase.
Where a course contains scheduled live sessions, you are responsible for attending them.
Missing a live session does not automatically entitle you to a refund where Money Reframed made the agreed service available.
If Money Reframed materially cancels a course or cannot provide an agreed service and cannot offer a reasonable alternative, an appropriate refund or other remedy will be offered for the affected part.
Money Reframed does not operate a blanket “no refunds under any circumstances” policy.
Refund rights depend upon:
The product or service purchased
Your statutory rights
Whether the service has begun
Whether you expressly requested early performance
How much work has already been completed
Whether digital content has already been supplied
Whether the legal requirements relating to immediate digital supply were satisfied
Whether Money Reframed has provided the agreed service
Any additional terms disclosed before purchase
Money Reframed will honour refund and cancellation rights required by law.
Where no statutory refund right applies, any additional refund may be considered at Money Reframed’s discretion.
Unless otherwise stated, original Money Reframed material is owned by or licensed to Money Reframed Ltd.
This may include:

This content is general information and education unless expressly stated otherwise.
It does not create a financial adviser-client relationship.
The same financial-education limitations contained in these Terms apply to that content.
Testimonials and examples of customer experiences describe the experience of those particular individuals.
They do not guarantee that you will achieve the same result.
Financial and behavioural outcomes depend upon personal circumstances, actions and factors outside Money Reframed’s control.
Money Reframed may discuss, mention or link to third-party:

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a reference to a third party does not mean Money Reframed guarantees or accepts responsibility for that organisation.
Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
You are responsible for carrying out your own checks before using a third-party product or service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
This includes liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by negligence
Fraud
Fraudulent misrepresentation
Any liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted
Subject to those protections, Money Reframed is not responsible for losses resulting solely from financial decisions you independently choose to make following general educational information.
In particular, Money Reframed does not accept responsibility for investment losses merely because an investment, asset class or financial concept was discussed as part of educational content.
Nothing in this section removes any consumer right or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Money Reframed will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control.
These may include:
Significant technology failures
Internet outages
Illness
Emergencies
Failures of third-party systems
Events that prevent a session from reasonably taking place
Where this materially affects a paid service, Money Reframed will take reasonable steps to rearrange the service or provide another appropriate remedy.
Money Reframed may refuse or terminate a service where a customer behaves abusively, unlawfully, threateningly or in a way that makes it unreasonable to continue providing the service.
Any refund due in those circumstances will depend on the service already provided, the circumstances and applicable consumer law.
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Money Reframed Privacy Policy.
Money Reframed may update these Terms as the business, services or legal requirements change.
Updated Terms will be published on moneyreframed.co.uk.
Changes will not retrospectively remove statutory rights relating to purchases already made.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere and mandatory consumer law gives you additional rights, nothing in these Terms is intended to remove those protections.
If you are unhappy with a service, please contact Money Reframed so that we have an opportunity to understand and resolve the issue.
